As someone who has suffered with mental health issues in the past, I have the experience of sitting both on the counsellors and clients side of things. The deep dive that occurred in my mental health led me to study counselling to now become an accredited therapist. I specialise in CBT and work in an integrative manner adopting other modalities dependent on my clients needs. This means that I am able to personalise techniques based on my client’s needs.
